People

We offer more than a nice place to work. Our modern Warminster factory promotes a positive workplace culture where staff are valued and supported. For this reason, many of our employees stay for decades, passing on their time-honoured glovemaking skills. We give back to the local community by supporting charities and fundraising events, and in donating excess material to nearby schools, colleges and community groups.

Planet

Energy

We look after our community and care about the world. Our custom building uses solar panels to generate electricity, and LED motion sensor lighting to reduce energy usage throughout. A bicycle shed and staff showers help promote greener travel and a healthier lifestyle. Onsite video conferencing facilities enable staff to meet virtually without having to drive.

Packaging

Waste is no friend of ours. We package using recyclable sugar cane bags and reinforced single wall shipping boxes made from 80% or more recycled material. This packaging also uses less material while being twice as strong. Any leftovers from the glove manufacturing process are reused, sold to craft manufacturers or donated to local schools and colleges, ensuring zero waste.

Animal Derived Materials

Animal welfare matters to us. We source leather from trusted suppliers that share our respect for good animal husbandry. All leather and other raw materials are also sustainably sourced and processed in compliance with national and international laws and regulations. The vast majority of our glove leather is a by-product of the food, wool and dairy industries, making it a 100% sustainable and renewable resource. Where supply chains fall outside our control, we seek independent audits or third-party certifications for ethical assurance.

We’re perfectionists in every sense of the word. From the quality of the leather to every handsewn stitch, all our gloves and accessories have to meet exceptional standards to carry the Dents label – a name recognised and prized around the world. This attention to detail ensures our Heritage gloves, when properly cared for, last for years to come.
