返品条件
- 万が一、商品にご満足いただけない場合は、商品到着後28日以内であれば、返品を承ります。
- All products must be returned in a re-saleable condition. This means the product and its packaging, labels and tags are intact, undamaged and unused. We will not accept worn, damaged, altered or used goods unless faulty. If tags and labels are removed, a €5 / £5 / $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- また、商品の性質、特徴、機能を確認するために必要な範囲を超えた過度の取り扱いにより商品の価値が低下した場合、当社はお客様に返金する金額を減額する権利を有します（契約金額を上限とする）。当社は、お客様の取扱いが店頭で合理的に許容される範囲を超えるかどうか、および製品の一般的な摩耗を考慮して、製品の状態を評価するものとします。
- 名入れをした商品は、商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、返品することはできません。
- デンツプライベートサイト以外での返品はお受けできません。必ずお買い上げの販売店にご返送ください。
- お客様が商品を返送されるまで、お客様は商品を安全に保管し、相応の注意を払う責任を負います。当社は、当社への返送中の荷物の破損については責任を負いません。お客様の責任において、商品の破損を防ぐために十分な梱包をお願いします。ご購入時にご指定いただいた標準送料を超える追加送料は返金できませんのでご了承ください。
- Multiple items ordered on a single order that need to be returned should be returned all together as one parcel otherwise a restocking fee of €5 / £5 / $5 will be deducted from your refund.
返品について
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer free returns for our international customers. If you are returning an item from outside the UK, the item will need to be sent at your own cost and risk within 28 days of receipt. All items returned for a refund, must be in a new and unused condition, with their original labels and packaging.
Checklist for international returns:
- Complete your Return Form, highlighting against each item you are returning, along with the Reason Code and enclose it within the package.
- Please ensure you use a suitable package to return your items, preferably using the original packaging your order was sent to you in.
- Use a registered or traceable postal service to return your parcel. Please ensure you keep your Proof of Postage as we are not liable for returned goods which are not received into our Returns Department.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt into our Returns Department.
- Please note that when returning your unwanted item/s you may have to pay Export Customs Duties and Taxes in the country of export. If your parcel is received back at Dents and we have been billed these Export Customs Duties and Tax charges, this amount will be deducted from your refund.
払い戻し
- Once we have received your item/s back with the completed returns form filled in we will inspect the item/s to ensure they are still in the original condition that they were sent out in. Refunds will exclude any express delivery charges above our standard shipping rate. If the item has any tags or labels removed or missing, a €5 / £5 / $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- 着用された場合、過度な取り扱いがあった場合、返金額を減額させていただくか、商品を返送させていただきます。
- 返品期間（28日間）を過ぎた場合、クレジットノートを発行いたします。
- すべての返金は、返品された商品の受領後7～14日以内に処理されます。
- Your refund will be made using the same payment method which made the original purchase. If the item returned is a gift, then a credit note will be issued to the value of the product being returned.
取引所
- Unfortunately, we no longer offer an exchange service. If you require a replacement Size, Colour or Style you will need place a new order.
